End User License Agreement

DeckForge license terms.

This End User License Agreement applies to DeckForge, the PowerPoint Gantt chart and timeline add-in, and to the related DeckForge licensing, checkout, support, and account-linking service operated by Snoaper.

Provider and acceptance

DeckForge is provided by Snoaper. By installing, opening, subscribing to, or using DeckForge, you agree to this agreement. If you use DeckForge for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that organization or that the organization has otherwise authorized your use.

License grant

Subject to this agreement and any active subscription, trial, or written permission from Snoaper, Snoaper grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DeckForge to create, edit, manage, and share project timelines, Gantt charts, milestones, dependencies, and related planning materials.

A licensed editor may edit DeckForge material. Other recipients may view shared DeckForge HTML material unless they have their own editing access. Sharing a PowerPoint file or DeckForge material does not automatically grant paid editing rights to every recipient.

Account linking and access

DeckForge may ask you to link or confirm the Microsoft account used with PowerPoint so DeckForge can check whether that account has editing access. You are responsible for keeping your Microsoft account, billing email, and subscription details accurate and secure.

Trials, subscriptions, and cancellation

DeckForge subscriptions and trials may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. Prices, billing periods, discounts, trial periods, and renewal details are shown before purchase. You can request cancellation from the DeckForge cancellation page, and DeckForge will send a secure confirmation link to the checkout email.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, subscription fees are recurring and continue until cancelled. Access can continue until the end of the paid period or trial period, depending on the cancellation timing and payment provider rules.

Restrictions

  • Do not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially host DeckForge except as allowed in writing by Snoaper.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, bypass license checks, remove access controls, or interfere with DeckForge security.
  • Do not use DeckForge to upload, create, or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
  • Do not overload, probe, scrape, or disrupt DeckForge services or related infrastructure.

Your content

You keep ownership of the project content, timelines, slides, text, files, and materials you create or import into DeckForge. You grant Snoaper the limited rights needed to provide DeckForge, process license checks, store service data when needed, and support or troubleshoot the product when you ask for help.

Updates and service changes

Snoaper may update DeckForge to improve reliability, security, features, compatibility, licensing, or marketplace compliance. Some updates may be required for continued use with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft account services, Stripe, Cloudflare, or other connected services.

Warranty and liability

DeckForge is provided with reasonable care, but it is provided "as is" to the maximum extent allowed by law. Snoaper does not guarantee that DeckForge will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every project management, reporting, legal, financial, or operational requirement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Snoaper is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of DeckForge.

Termination

Snoaper may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach this agreement, fail to pay required fees, misuse the service, create security risk, or use DeckForge unlawfully. You may stop using DeckForge at any time and may cancel paid subscriptions through the cancellation flow.

Governing law

Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, this agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark. Consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected.
