This support document covers DeckForge, the Microsoft PowerPoint add-in for Gantt charts, timelines, milestones, dependencies, licensed editing, and shareable read-only project views.

Email [email protected] for DeckForge support. Include the Microsoft account email you use with PowerPoint, the checkout email if different, your browser or PowerPoint version, and a short description of what you expected to happen.
For license or account-linking issues, do not send passwords or full payment card details. DeckForge support never needs them.
Common support topics
Before contacting support
- Confirm that you are signed in to PowerPoint with the Microsoft account you want DeckForge to license.
- Check whether your checkout email is different from your PowerPoint sign-in email.
- Refresh the DeckForge add-in or reopen the PowerPoint file after linking a license.
- If you are cancelling, use the DeckForge cancellation page so the confirmation link goes to the checkout email.
Response times
