How DeckForge handles personal information.

DeckForge service description

DeckForge is a Microsoft PowerPoint add-in and browser-based service for creating presentation-ready Gantt charts, project timelines, milestones, dependencies, rollout plans, and shareable project views. DeckForge checks whether an activated email has editing access and lets other recipients view shared DeckForge material without automatically receiving editing rights.

Information we collect

• Microsoft 365 identity details supplied through PowerPoint sign-in, including the signed-in email address and stable Microsoft account identifiers used to bind one DeckForge editing licence to one account. DeckForge does not receive or store your Microsoft password.
• Checkout and license information such as subscription plan, trial status, renewal or expiry dates, cancellation status, and the email address used for billing.
• Support and feedback information you choose to send, including messages, contact details, issue descriptions, and relevant DeckForge context needed to investigate a problem.
• Technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, request logs, error details, security events, and service usage needed to operate and protect DeckForge.
• DeckForge project content only when you intentionally submit it for support, feedback, restore, or service troubleshooting.

How we use personal information

• To provide DeckForge, including Microsoft 365 account verification, license checks, edit access, read-only access, checkout, cancellation, support, and service administration.
• To confirm that the Microsoft 365 account signed in to PowerPoint has editing access under a DeckForge subscription or trial and to prevent licence sharing.
• To prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, and accidental changes to subscriptions.
• To answer support requests, diagnose defects, improve the product, and maintain service reliability.
• To comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment, marketplace, and security obligations.

How information is shared

Snoaper does not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to provide and operate DeckForge.

• Microsoft processes PowerPoint sign-in and provides DeckForge with the signed-in account profile through Microsoft Graph using the delegated User.Read permission. DeckForge uses only the account name, email address, tenant identifier, and user identifier needed for licensing.
• Stripe processes payment method, checkout, subscription, invoice, and billing information. Snoaper does not store full card numbers.
• Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may process request, security, logging, and hosting information so DeckForge can run securely.
• Professional advisers, authorities, or legal counterparties may receive information when required for compliance, accounting, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including active subscriptions, support history, security logs, legal compliance, tax and accounting records, and dispute handling. Support and feedback data can be deleted earlier when it is no longer needed unless we must keep it for legal or security reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal information by contacting Snoaper. Some information may need to be retained for payment, tax, security, or legal reasons.

Security

DeckForge uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, Microsoft-verified account binding, short-lived activation links, limited administrative access, and service logging, to protect personal information. No internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
